Capabilities

We offer a wide range of dosage forms to satisfy all your needs. You can select from dry powers, capsules, tablets, liquids, or gummies for your desired product. Our cGMP certified facility focuses on the following areas of manufacturing:

Powders

Scicore has 6 dry powder blending lines with different types of blenders:- Ribbon, Octagonal, Conta/Bin, & Double Cone Blenders to support different applications. We have performed qualifications on different powder applications with different blenders to provide proper homogenous mixing giving the active ingredients in each serving uniformly. We can produce over 1 million kgs of dry powder every month. We use state-of-the art machinery for proper mixing, consistency, and flavor in every lot produced by our blenders. Having multiple blender sizes allows us to provide scientifically validated batch sizes for best results and cost savings for the customer. We can Protein, Mass Gainers, Pre Workouts, & Post Workouts with the best formulations in the industry.

Capsules

Our capsulation line runs a high speed fully automated machine to provide the maximum output with best quality. We can produce 90,000 capsules in an hour providing the best efficiency and costs savings for your product. Producing over 40 million capsules can easily take care of your large runs as well as provide flexibility to offer multiple SKU’s at a smaller run in the same amount of time. We can do organic, plant based, vegetarian, and gelatin capsules of various sizes for your product.

Tablets

Scicore has a granulation line where we can product in 100,000 tablets in each lot. This low minimum can offer the flexibility to provide different tablet options for your market. We can do a wide range of tablet sizes, shapes, and flavors. We can do wet granulation as well as direct compression techniques to offer you the best results for tablets. We have an Auto Coater facility as well to provide colored or colorless coating options as well as various release cycles for your tablets.

Gummies

Scicore has a fully integrated Gummy line setup where we can produce 4,5 million gummies every month. We can offer a low minimum of 60,000 gummies of a product to offer maximum flexibility. We can do a wide range of gummy sizes, shapes, and flavors. We can also provide sugar or other coating options for gummy to improve the taste parameters.

Liquids

Scicore has a fully automated liquid manufacturing as well as packing line where we can product with or without sugar option. We can do wide range of products like liquid multi vitamin to liquid carnintine or liquid pre workout. We offer wide range of filling options for your liquid which can be packed in HDPE or PET jars in a fast integrated filling line.

PACKAGING AND LABELLING

Our packaging lines are set up to handle all kinds of jobs. We have flexibility to pack powders in Jars or Stand Up Pouches or Single serving sachets. We have automated lines to offer efficiency and best quality. We can do labels as well as full body sleeves for your jars. We are always expanding and will be willing to work with you for customized solutions to meet your needs.
